The Yalding Primary School Project included the replacement of windows and extensive structural repairs to the Victorian and Gothic surrounds. The final product considerably increased the thermal values and comfort within the building without compromising the aesthetic feel to this historic village school. Works were carried out to the highest standard with careful consideration to the school's rota causing minimal disturbance.
We were very pleased to receive a commendation from the Richmond Society in acknowledgement of our contribution in the renovation.
This project was originally tendered as an insurance repair following a mains water leak outside the property. The basement was completely re-fitted including mechanical and electrical services, along with partitions and finishes. We also undertook finishing works on other floors, including bespoke joinery and air conditioning.
Grade II listed building with magnificent river frontage. Previously a school, the property was developed into a single private residence with a newly constructed indoor basement swimming pool and bespoke finishes throughout whilst retaining the original front facade.
