This building in London is an inner city warehouse. The client brief inluded renovation of the first floor into a one bedroom flat, conversion of the existing space into a photographic studio and build of a penthouse in steel frame structure with bespoke render finish. Works comprised specialist lightweight concrete walls and plastering, hardwood floors and joinery throughout.
