Completed 2007. Value: £1,900,000. The works consisted of refurbishing the entire property, lowering the basement area with car parking above. This entailed deep excavation with piling and reinforced walls involving three party wall agreements, and the building of a new self contained studio and glass structure to the side and rear of the property.

Completed 2007. Value: £700,000. The design instruction entailed complete rebuild of two dilapidated barns, into high quality homes. The works entailed jacking up the English oak timber frames and forming new foundations, floor slabs & brick Cotswolds panels. We introduced new oak beams and cladding and both properties were finished sympathetically including brick, stone fireplaces, oak flooring.
