Croyde Manor Croyde, Noth Devon Completed 2007. The design instruction entailed constructing a swimming pool complex in the grounds of Croyde Manor. This demanded significant hillside excavation and provision of a complimentary structure with a 'green roof' over a 25m swimming pool. All finished to the highest standard. click photo for gallery

Greville Place London NW6 Grade II Listed Completed 2007. The works consisted of refurbishing the entire property, lowering the basement area with car parking above. This entailed deep excavation with piling and reinforced walls involving three party wall agreements, and the building of a new self contained studio and glass structure to the side and rear of the property. click photo for gallery

King House Nursery Richmond, Surrey Architects: Paul Brooks Architects. Quantity Surveyor: Grove & Company. Completed 2008. We were very pleased to receive a commendation from the Richmond Society in acknowkedgement of our contribution for the renovation and reconversion of the former Holy Trinity school into the new Kings House nursery.
